70% arabica and 30% robusta. Robusta beans have twice the caffeine as the ever so popular arabica. Robusta is included in this blend because that's what the Italians do! Our Italian blend is sure to perk you up when you're looking for that burst of energy! (upon special request, we can leave the robusta beans out and use 100% arabica and still be able to make a delicious dark Italian roast! And remember, the Italian Roast is a roast level, therefore, it is already very dark so there aren't any roast level options for this one. We do use our Guatemala beans in this blend, so if you'd like this at a lighter roast level, then we suggest checking out our very delicious Guatemala beans!
